Teknik Membaca Kilat 1 Halaman 1 Detik

Kali ini saya akan share mengenai teknik membaca kilat 1 halaman 1 detik. Tidak usah berlama-lama langsung saja kita bahas mengenai teknik membaca kilat, berikut teknik-tekniknya:

1. Persiapan
2. UBR ( Unconcious Blitz Reading )
3. Konversi

Mari kita bahas satu persatu

1. Persiapan

Sebelum kita melakukan proses baca kilat, maka hal yang pertama dilakukan adalah melakukan persiapan, persiapan itu berupa menentukan tujuan membaca, memasuki kondisi yang hening/memasuki kondisi dominan pikiran bawah sadar kita.

     Menentukan tujuan membaca ini tidak boleh sembarangan. Kita harus menentukan tujuan membaca secara spesifik dan detail. Spesifi itu terdapat target, waktu, apa yang ingin di capai, jelas dan tepat. Contoh menentukan tujuan membaca adalah :
1. Saya ingin memahami dan menguasai pelajaran MATEMATIKA SMA kelas X dan mendapatkan nilai 100 pada saat ujian
2. Saya mau menguasai pelajaran FISIKA dan bisa mendapatkan nilai 100 pada saat ujian.

     Memasuki kondisi hening, setelah menentukan tujuan membaca selanjutnya adalah memasuki kondisi hening. Memasuki kondisi hening dapat di lakukan dengan memperhatikan nafas kita keluar dan masuk sampai terasa nyaman dan hening, bisa mendengar musik relaksasi, bisa melakukan apa saja yang bisa membuat Anda hening dan tenang pokoknya.


2. UBR ( Unconcious Blitz Reading )


Setelah melakukan persiapan, maka selanjutnya adalah UBR atau mulai membaca kilat. Tahap UBR yaitu, membaca dengan tidak fokus kepada buku, postur tubuh, dan mengakhiri dengan perasaan syukur.

     Membaca tidak fokus dengan buku, yaitu membaca tanpa memperhatikan isi dari buku baik tulisan maupun apa yang ada di dalamnya. Seperti yang ada di gambar, kenyataannya dia tidak membaca buku, tapi dia fokus kepada objek yang ada di belakang buku itu. Lalu mulai membuka halaman per halaman buku itu. Memang seolah-olah kita hanya melihat buku itu, tapi pikiran bawah sadar kita merekam semua yang di dalam buku itu.

     Postur tubuh, yaitu keadaan tubuh saat membaca. Saat membaca postur tubuh kita harus tegak dan tidak membungkuk.

     Mengakhiri dengan perasaan syukur, yaitu setelah membaca kita harus bersyukur dan meyakini bahwa semua yang kita baca kilat tadi masuk semua ke pikiran bawah sadar kita, dan tidak mengkritik "tidak mungkin bisa" atau kritikan yang dapat meragukan keyakinan kita.


3. Konversi 

Setelah itu, tahap yang terakhir adalah konversi yang terdiri dari pengendapan, melakukan scanning, dan membuat mind map

     Pengendapan, yaitu di mana kita harus beristirahat setelah kita membaca kilat. Hal ini bertujuan agar supaya semua yang kita baca masuk semua ke pikiran bawah sadar kita. Boleh beristirahat selama 15-30 menit atau boleh tidur juga.

     Melakukan scanning, yaitu membuka buku kembali setelah masa pengendapan selesai. Scanning itu di lakukan dengan membuka buku, halaman per halaman. Jika ada perasaan yang tiba-tiba muncul bahwa ada sesuatu yang harus di baca pada halaman tertentu, bacalah dan pahami isi dari bacaan tersebut.

     Mind Map, yaitu membuat peta pikiran atas inti dari apa yang kita sudah baca. Mind map itu terdiri dari judul, sub judul, sub-sub judul, dan berikutnya. Berikut contoh mind map
